Commission Terms

☆ Do not ask for an OC that is not yours unless permission is given from the rightful owner. Please ask us about this if it is a gift or likewise.

☆☆☆ Please keep in mind we are still learning avatar creation!
☆☆☆ You must commercially gift us ALL the assets we do not own for your commission; this can increase the avatar’s price.
☆ We can also go through our library on Gumroad, Jinxxy, Payhip, etc. to see what we already own to lower expenses.
☆☆☆ We will NOT recreate someone else’s model or sculpts.
☆ Changes to your avatar's assets will not be allowed if we are already in Unity, if so it will be an extra $25 to add more assets.
☆ If you abandon the commission we have the rights to resell your commission on our store publicly for people to buy.
☆☆☆ YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED to resell your model commission(s) or give it out in any way; doing this is leaking!
☆☆☆ We are not responsible for your avatar breaking with any future VRC updates.
☆ We are not responsible for your avatar being leaked or ripped.
☆ We will not fix any issues after 1 week has passed since you received the final avatar.
☆ If an update in the future breaks a model, we are not responsible to fix any errors on the model, though we may assist in finding a way to fix the issue.
☆ We will fix any oversight issues with the model if we missed something. For better quality assistance, document the issue and show us so we can get the full picture of the issue!
☆ Waiting times may be longer to be completed if we have to learn something new. Please be patient.
☆ You will be put on a waiting list if there are people ahead of you.
☆ Commissions are first come first serve.
☆ Fast Pass: For an extra $25-$100 (price depends on avi’s complexity), you can skip the line.

☆☆☆ We will contact you after receiving your message to inform you if we are accepting or declining your request.
☆☆☆ Commissions generally take from 7-28 days once started to complete. If for some reason more time is needed, we will contact you.
If life implications happen, we will inform you if the commission will take longer or if it will not be able to be completed.EDIT POLICY:
If commissioning for a drawing:
☆ The commission’s sketch may be redrawn, but only up to three times. ☆ After three times, you may pick the one you like the best and we will use it.
☆ Any minor changes may be made.
If commissioning for an avatar:
☆Changes to your avatar's assets will not be allowed if we are already in Unity, if so it will be an extra $15 to add more assets.
[Drawing and Avatar Creation] After the commission is complete, we will make two small adjustments for up to 7 days after you've received it. Any additional adjustments will be charged a fee.
[Drawing] After the commission is complete, we will not redraw large portions or make changes that were not previously discussed for free. They may be discussed but are not guaranteed.

Questions and Answers

Will My Model Be Available For Quest?
☆ Yes & No!
☆ Our quest conversions are done a certain way so please understand how they work before asking for a quest convert!
☆ Quest Converts are $15 for packages starter and super.
> You will get 1 Version with as much as we can fit into the avi; this includes outfits, hairs, accessories and mat swaps (and some toys)!
> If down-sizing is needed, you can choose what outfits, hairs, accessories, mat swaps, etc are to be on your quest version!
☆ For the mega and ultra packages, you can pay 10$ for every different version of the quest you want!
> They will be sperate set up prefabs PC+Quest of different outfits.

When Can I Make Changes??
☆ Please make sure to not wait until the end to let us know you want changes made!
☆ Changes in blender may not be made after 75% of the work is complete.
☆ Major Changes in Unity may not be made after 80% of the work is complete.
☆ Once in unity no changes will be made in blender besides clipping & fixing any issues! No more changes will be made unless paid for.
☆ Once work is complete and sent, no more changes will be made unless paid for.

What Happens If I cancel?
☆ Unless the commission is an OC, all rights to the model will be mine and allowed to be sold.
☆ If Canceled after or right before commission is done, there will be no refund.
☆ If Canceled first half of payment is non-refundable, if blender work is already complete.
☆ Any and ALL items purchased for the commission will NOT be refunded.

Do I Have To Upload The Model Myself?
☆ No! We will happily upload for you free of charge, if needed!

Where Can I View Your Work?
☆ A majority of our artwork [traditional, digital, and craftwork] and avatar photography can be viewed on our Instagram!
☆ We also have a Payhip for our avatars!
☆ If you want to know who in the system made a certain artwork or avi, let us know and we will tell you!
